(a) Steps to book an individual reservation:

  1. 1. Select the Sport and Event you wish to book a reservation for and click BOOK NOW.
  2. 2. Click Book Now.
  3. 3. Enter your Check In/Check Out dates and then Enter the number of rooms and click Search.
  4. 4. Once you have selected a hotel to book, click Select and then log into your THS account. If you do not have a THS login, you can create a new account quickly by providing basic contact information.
  5. 5. Enter in your organization, room and payment information.
  6. 6. Review the terms & conditions for your stay. Once you agree click I accept the terms & conditions.
  7. 7. Click Book Now.

(b) Steps to book a team block:

  1. 1. Select the Sport and Event you wish to book a reservation for and click BOOK NOW.
  2. 2. Click Book Now.
  3. 3. Enter your Check In/Check Out dates and then Enter the number of rooms and click Search.
  4. 4. Once you have selected a hotel to book, click Select and then log into your THS account. If you do not have a THS login, you can create a new account quickly by providing basic contact information.
  5. 5. Enter in your organization information and a method of payment to hold the rooms.
  6. 6. Review the terms & conditions for the team block. Once you agree click I accept the terms & conditions.
  7. 7. Click Book Now.

(c) Steps to book an individual reservation in a team block using a Parent Passcode:

  1. 1. Click Book/Manage Rooms at the top right hand corner of the page.
  2. 2. Enter the Parent Passcode in the "Parent Passcode" box and click BOOK.
  3. 3. You will then be logged into a page that allows you to add your personal information to the rooming list.
  4. 4. Enter your contact and payment information.
  5. 5. Click Book Room.

Each tournament has a different housing policy tailored to their event. Please visit the tournament's website to view their housing policy to ensure that your reservations are meeting those requirements (if applicable).

No, your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking however, per the terms of our contract, the hotel reserves the right to charge a deposit within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date. The deposit policy varies by hotel and contract. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your reservation to confirm the deposit requirement.

THS guarantees the lowest group rates at our partnered hotels through continual rate integrity checks. If you find a lower rate that meets the Proof Requirements below and is not an "Excluded" Rate, please fill out the Lowest Rate Guarantee Form. If confirmed, THS will ensure that your team rate will be reduced to match the rate found. Please note the lowest rate guarantee is only applicable until the contracted cut off date. Once the rooms are released, the hotels are able to sell remaining inventory at rates that are not covered by the program.

PROOF REQUIREMENTS for the Lowest Rate Guarantee Program:

  • The quoted rate is for a participating Partner Hotel (listed on the THS website).
  • The quoted rate is for a minimum of four rooms, of the same room type as advertised by THS, and is for Single thru Quad Occupancy.
  • The rate must be quoted over the same dates that THS has contracted with the hotel.
  • You must provide THS with the date that the lower rate was quoted or found online and provide the required documentation as outlined below:
    • If quoted by a hotel employee - please provide a copy of the written correspondence that exists between you and the hotel verifying the quoted rate.
    • If you find a lower rate on the hotel's website - please provide a screenshot of the website showing the hotel's address, dates, room type, and the rate found (*see excluded rates below).

EXCLUDED RATES to the Lowest Rate Guarantee Program:

The following types of rates are NOT eligible for the Lowest Rate Guarantee:

  • Any Pre-Paid/Non-Refundable Rates
  • Rates found on OTA sites such as Expedia, Travelocity, Hotels.com, Priceline, etc.
  • Corporate negotiated rates
  • Hotel Employee/Friends and Family Rates
  • Government/Military Rates
  • Member Only Program Rates such as Loyalty, Honors, Rewards Club, etc.
  • Memberships Rates such as AAA and AARP, etc.
  • Any rate quoted for a group where the group misrepresented their identity and the purpose of their visit to the hotel

THS is happy to request additional nights for you however, shoulder night requests cannot be guaranteed at the group rate and are subject to hotel availability. Please complete the Request Additional Nights Form to request the nights you need.

If you need a different room type than THS has contracted, please book the room directly with the hotel. Please be sure that it is booked at the Best Available/Best Flexible/Regular Rate and does not have any discounts applied (i.e. AAA, Military, Advanced Purchase, etc.). Once you have completed the reservation please forward the confirmation email to THS@THSweb.com and a Customer Support Specialist will reach out to you regarding the next step in the process. Please note that reservations booked directly through a hotel cannot be counted towards Loyalty room night contract commitments.

Most hotels require guests to be at least 18 years of age to check in however, some hotels have a minimum age requirement of 21. Please contact the hotel directly to verify their age policies for check in.

Yes, when making a reservation on our website, space is provided to make such requests. We will do our best to meet your needs during your stay however, neither THS nor the Hotel can guarantee special requests.

If your organization wishes to pay by check please follow the steps below:

  • Make the check payable to the Hotel for the total amount listed on your contract (including tax) and mail to:

  • Please include your THS reservation number as well as a list of the guests names you are providing payment for.

If you plan to pay for more than three rooms on one credit card OR if the cardholder will not be present at check in, you must complete a credit card authorization form and submit it directly to the hotel 1-2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival.

Tax exemption forms must be submitted directly to the hotel 30 days prior to arrival. Please note these forms are only valid if the hotel is in the same state that the tax exemption is issued.

You will receive your hotel confirmation number approximately 1-2 weeks prior to your arrival.

The cancellation policy for each hotel and event varies. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your reservation on your confirmation email to verify the deposit requirement and cancelation policy. If you cancel prior to the cancellation deadline and the deposit is refundable, the hotel will refund your deposit upon receipt of your cancellation. Team reservations must maintain their contracted room night requirement in order to receive refunds.

*Please note that refunds may take between 5-10 business days to appear on your account (depending on your bank/credit card company).

The contract between THS and each hotel, and subsequently each team/club and THS, is a legally binding document whose terms must be honored. However, for specific emergency situations, THS will submit a request to the hotel on your behalf, requesting any cancellation penalties are waived for individual room cancellations that occur for the following reasons:

  • Hospitalization or death of an immediate family member. Immediate family refers to the following relation to the player: Mother, Father, Sibling, or Grandparent.
  • The player must miss the tournament for medical reasons.
  • The area surrounding the player's home has been declared a "state of emergency" or "disaster area" by the state's governor or the city's mayor.

If your cancellation was due to one of the above situations please complete a Cancellation Penalty Waiver Request. Please verify that your cancellation meets the form requirements prior to submitting.

Please refer to the terms and conditions of your reservation to reconfirm the deposit requirement and cancelation policy. If you still feel you were incorrectly charged, please complete a Guest Refund Request Form.

Yes, you can earn rewards points with your preferred hotel chain when booking through THS. Simply list your hotel rewards number on your reservation when booking and provide it to the hotel upon check in. To book rooms using rewards points please visit your Hotel Rewards Portal. Please note that reservations booked using rewards points cannot be counted toward Stay-To-Play room night requirements.

All hotel amenities are listed in the hotel descriptions on our website. Please note that they are subject to change and are not contractually guaranteed by the event or THS. More specifically, the availability of swimming pools is subject to each hotel's seasonal schedule, local ordinances, weather, and physical condition of the pool at the time of your trip. Please check with the hotel for specific availability of their amenities during your stay.

(a) Individual Reservation

(b) How to book an individual reservation in a team block using a Parent Passcode

  1. 1. Click Book/Manage Rooms at the top right hand corner of the page.

To cancel your reservation online, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Book/Manage Button on the top right of the right, and enter the reservation passcode in the Looking to update/cancel a reservation? box and then click Manage.
  2. Click the red Cancel Room button.

The cancellation policy for each hotel and event varies. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your reservation on your confirmation email to verify the cancelation deadline.

Confirmation emails are automatically generated, so please be sure you check your spam/junk folder. If you still have not received your confirmation email, do not make another reservation. Instead, please complete a General Inquiry Form and we will resend your confirmation email.

To modify your reservation online, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Book/Manage Button on the top right of the page, and enter the reservation passcode in the Looking to update/cancel a reservation? Box and then click Manage.
  2. Modify your reservation and click the green Update button.

No, your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking however, per the terms of our contract, the hotel reserves the right to charge a deposit within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date. Not to worry. Your reservation details are not transferred from THS to the hotel's system until approximately three weeks prior to the event. You will receive an actual hotel confirmation number approximately 1-2 weeks prior to your scheduled check in date.

As an individual, you can switch hotels without penalty as long as you cancel the original reservation prior to the cancellation deadline. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your reservation to confirm the deadline. Please note: If you are booked within a team block, please refer to your team's cancellation policy and communicate your cancellation with your team contact/manager (if necessary).


Team Block Reservation FAQs

  1. 1. Select the Sport and Event you wish to book a reservation for and click BOOK NOW.

  3. 3. Enter your Check In/Check Out dates and then Enter the number of rooms and click Search.
  4. 4. Once you have selected a hotel to book, click Select and then log into your THS account. If you do not have a THS login, you can create a new account quickly by providing basic contact information.
  5. 5. Enter in your organization information and a method of payment to hold the rooms.
  6. 6. Review the terms & conditions for the team block. Once you agree click I accept the terms & conditions.
  7. 7. Click Book Now.

No, your credit card will not be charged at the time of reserving a team block. It is simply used to hold the rooms. Upon completion of the booking process, a different method of payment can be used to reserve individual rooms within the rooming list.

Please follow the steps below to view and accept your contract:

  1. Click the Customer Login tab on the homepage and enter your email address and password.
    *If you do not remember your password, click on "Forgot Password" and it will be emailed to you.
  2. Click Terms and Conditions on your Personal Home Page. Then click on the Pending Terms and Conditions tab. On the right hand side of your block information, click the View & Accept button. Once you have reviewed your contract and are ready to accept the terms and conditions, check the box on the "I accept the terms and conditions" button.

The rooming list can be entered two different ways:

(1). As the team contact/manager you can enter the entire rooming list yourself on your THS Personal Homepage. To do so, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Customer Login tab on the homepage and enter your email address and password.
    *If you do not remember your password, click on "Forgot Password" and it will be emailed to you.
  2. Click Enter/Edit Rooming List on your THS Personal Homepage.
  3. Click View Rooming List under the team block you wish to fill.
  4. Enter basic, room, and payment information.
  5. Click Book Room

Please note: When booking more than one room, the website only allows one reservation to be added at a time to ensure accuracy.

(2). If you would like to allow your Team/Group members to add their names to your rooming list, you can share the booking instructions by following the steps below:

  1. Click the Login tab on the homepage and enter your email address and password.
  2. Click Send Booking Instructions on your THS Personal Homepage.
  3. Following the instructions on the screen and click Send Email

Your rooming list due date can be found on your contract. Once you accept the contract, you have until 12 Noon EST on the specified date to book your rooms. Any rooms not booked will be released back into the general inventory.

If your rooming list due date is approaching and you would like to request additional time to reserve your rooms, please fill out a General Inquiry Form.

Please note that THS/Hotel will attempt to accommodate all extension requests, however they cannot be guaranteed.

Once your rooming list due date has passed, if you wish to add rooms to the block please call 888-536-8326.

To view, modify or cancel reservations within your team block online, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Customer Login tab on the homepage and enter your email address and password.
  2. Click Enter/Edit Rooming List on your THS Personal Homepage.
  3. Click View Rooming List under the team block you wish to review.
  4. Make the necessary changes to the room you need to modify and click Update.
  5. To cancel go to the appropriate room, click "Cancel room" then click "Confirm Cancellation".

Please fill out the General Inquiry Form and let us know you are interested in a property that is not listed on our website. Please provide as much detail as possible on the form (hotel address, room types, rate, etc.).

To request additional rooms and/or nights please fill out the Request Additional Nights Form. Please note that such requests cannot be guaranteed and are based on hotel availability.

The complimentary room night policy varies by hotel and tournament. If complimentary room nights are offered it can be found in the hotel's description listed in bold lettering. If your team earns any complimentary room nights, you will receive an email 1-2 weeks prior to arrival asking how you would like them to be applied.

Please complete the Team Block Request Form. Upon receipt of your request we will contact hotels that match your requirements and will let you know as soon as the rooms have been secured. Please keep in mind that your team should not be requesting rooms if they already have a team block booked through THS or have been placed on a waitlist for the event.
